Our only official identifiers

Red flags — it is NOT us if

• The email is from a look-alike domain (ellys-int.com, ellysint.net, ellyint.com, e11ys...) — we use @ellysint.com only.
• Someone asks you to send remittance to a bank account not confirmed on an Ellys rate confirmation.
• A "dispatcher" pressures you to skip our carrier packet, COI verification, or signed rate confirmation.
• The USDOT / MC on the paperwork is not 4576045 / 1820877.
• A phone number or address does not match the ones on this page.

Verify a document

Every Ellys rate confirmation, invoice, BOL and Academy certificate can carry a signed verification code. Scan its QR or open /verify/<code> to confirm the issuer, load, and issuance time. Verify official authority directly at the FMCSA SAFER site using USDOT 4576045.
