About Us

ELLYS INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS LLC is a Chicago-based third-party logistics (3PL) freight brokerage built for shippers and carriers who expect excellence. We move freight across the United States and across the US-Mexico border, backed by our own freight technology platform and a standard of service we hold to a single idea: for the elite.

Who We Are

Ellys is a licensed US property freight broker operating under its FMCSA authority (US DOT# 4576045, MC# 1820877). Headquartered on North Michigan Avenue in the heart of Chicago, we sit at one of the country's most important freight crossroads - and we use that vantage point to connect quality shippers with vetted, reliable motor carriers.

We were founded on a simple conviction: that freight brokerage should feel precise, transparent, and tailor-made. We pair disciplined operations with technology we build ourselves, so every quote, every booking, and every shipment is handled with the same attention we would want for our own cargo.

What We Do

• Freight brokerage - We arrange full truckload and specialized transportation between shippers and independent, licensed motor carriers across domestic US lanes.
• Cross-border US-Mexico freight - We coordinate shipments moving between the United States and Mexico, connecting North American supply chains.
• Freight technology and TMS - We operate our own transportation management platform to quote, book, track, and document freight with speed and clarity.
• Carrier vetting and compliance - We verify authority, insurance, and safety before we trust a carrier with a load, protecting our customers and their freight.

Leadership

Ellys was founded and is led by Lorenzo Aguayo, Founder & CEO. Under his direction, the company is committed to building a brokerage that competes on service, integrity, and technology - not shortcuts.

Our Standard

Every shipper deserves to feel like the most important account we have, and every carrier deserves a partner that pays fairly and communicates honestly. That belief drives how we operate: automation where it helps, human judgment where it matters, and a relentless focus on getting freight where it needs to be.
